What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“Overall the experience was satisfactory. It is an outdated hotel as our room lacked any ADA amenities (grab bars, higher toilets and hand rails in the hallways), as well as some of the furniture. However, the room was very clean.”
“A very nice place to stay. Located in western side of Watertown, on Arsenal St., and convenient to I81. Although an older building, it was well kept, the room was totally clean and the staff was helpful and available. The free continental breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and well prepared. Would make this my choice for any future stays in the Watertown, NY area.”
“Good value for the money. Good budget hotel option. Close to some good restaurants and the mall. The beds were comfortable but nothing to brag about. The toilet kept making a funny noise all night though. And the gym is a joke. Room is the size of a closet. Nothing but two machines a bench and a rack with no weights on it. But I didnt expect that much for the price so Im ok with it all.”
“I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite. Check-in was fast and easy. Location is good and parking was available. I recommend this hotel to everyone”
